Before I started writing this, I instinctively looked through Google Photos to see what photos I had taken.

I have literally not taken any photos this week.

So, there it is.

I have some anxiety -- which is something I've never really thought about very deeply. While I consider myself a functioning adult, there are certain aspects of my life that I'm not very confident about; so my anxiety has been manageable for the most part. I never really noticed it until recently, but I seem to be running into some "triggers" these past few years.

What happens is that my heart rate will increase, and I'll feel slightly unwell. I only noticed my heart rate increase because of my FitBit tracker (though it has been trending higher recently).

Anyway, I have a feeling this is something I'm going to have to work on. Add it to the pile of things that are "wrong" with me. Heh.

My annual foray into international travel is not going to be a thing this year. Coronavirus restrictions are such that I can't travel outside the United States.

Add that to the list of things gone wrong in the complete dumpster-fire shit-show that is 2020.
